We understand that injuries, family circumstances, or unexpected schedule changes can happen during a season.
If a player is injured, we work with families to support their recovery and keep them engaged with the team environment whenever possible. Club fees generally cover fixed seasonal costs (such as registration, field rentals, and coaching), so refunds are typically not available once the season has begun.
If a player needs to leave mid-season, we ask families to communicate with us as early as possible so we can handle the situation fairly and thoughtfully. Any adjustments are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with the goal of being reasonable and transparent while maintaining the stability of the team and commitments already made.

Uniform costs are typically separate from seasonal club fees unless otherwise stated.

Yes. Player safety is extremely important to us, and coaches will complete the required background checks and certifications as applicable.

Weather-related updates and cancellations will be communicated as quickly as possible through our communication channels (usually Spond App). Unless severe weather, all decisions are usually made at the field.
